  • WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
    Currently, we ship to: +US +PUERTO RICO +CANADA +URUGUAY +SPAIN +COSTA RICA +MEXICO +UNITED KINGDOM +ARGENTINA *We do not cover any port fees in the shipping cost, so you may need to pay that with the carrier when your package arrives at your country if needed. International Shipping *DISCLAIMER CREATIVE WORSHIP is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. If your shipment is returned to us due to an unpaid customs invoice or incorrect address, shipping costs cannot be refunded. If the package must be shipped again, the customer must cover full shipping costs. Please pay close attention to your tracking number and contact the shipping carrier if your shipment is on hold and awaiting a payment.
  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A BIBLE/CUSTOM BIBLE TO SHIP?
    Bibles can take 3-8 weeks to process before shipment. If the bible is already in our shop, it can take a lot less, depending on the amount of orders placed. If the bible is NON-PERSONALIZED and is not in the shop, it can take up to 2 weeks to ship. Keep in mind, all Bible purchases are treated as preorders for this reason, but it can take a little less time to ship.
  • WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE GETS LOST?
    If your package gets lost in the mail, please contact us to revise your address and the status of your package. *If there is an error on the address entered by the customer, the client must wait until package is retrieved by us and revised to make sure there are no damages and must pay full shipping cost for resending (there are no refunds or exchanges for custom/personalized products). Please note: CREATIVE WORSHIP is not responsible for refunding or reshipping lost orders due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Lost/Missing Packages *MARKED AS DELIVERED If you have a package that was marked as delivered but you have not yet received it, we ask you take the following steps: a. Check with your neighbors or front office (if applicable) to see if the package was left there b. Reach out to your local Post Office or FedEx c. Contact us at glorybelle@creativeworship.shop and include your order number We ask that you report your lost or stolen shipment within 5 days of the marked delivery date. If an order is lost after being shipped to a third party mail forwarding facility, we are unable to assume responsibility of the package once it is marked as delivered. Once an international shipment has been marked as "delivered," we are no longer responsible for the particular package.
  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
    Ready made shop items (stickers, prints, books, non-personzalized bibles, and mugs) may be returned if: – The order is new and unused. – The order is returned within 7 days of receiving the item. – The order was not purchased on final sale. Made to order items (books, canvases, bibles, journals, accesories, etc.) may be returned if: – Products are all made to order. Full returns are available only for damaged product due to quality issue – not for personal damage to the items. – To exchange a product due to sizing issues, the original product must be returned before the exchanging process begins. – Due to the nature of custom painted goods being made for each order, they are non-refundable. Exceptions for a full or partial refund may be: + The painting process has not begun and there was a mistake in the order. (ONLY APPLICABLE THE DAY OF ORDER PLACEMENT.) +The custom painted good was damaged in the shipping process. While each product is carefully packaged, we understand things can get damaged during transit. If your product is damaged, we will review the product and discuss refund options. Gift cards are not available for return or refund. * If a refund is eligible, the customer is responsible for shipping fees. * If a refund is eligible, your refund will be processed as soon as possible. Charges for the product will be put back on your card on file. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
    1. Make sure that your order qualifies (read qualifications above). 2. Return your order and packing slip. Send your order, along with its original packing slip to: Creative Worship 7400 WOODLAKE DR NE APT 103 PALM BAY, FL 32905 3. Await credit Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. Please note refunds may take up to ten business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If for any reason you do not receive the credited amount within that time frame, please feel free to contact glorybelle@creativeworship.shop
  • DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?
    Exhanges are available for all products EXCEPT : Preorders & Personalized/Customized Products.
